However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 15 days of the donation date. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Recurring Donations

If you have opted for recurring donations and wish to cancel future payments, please notify us at least 10 days before the next scheduled donation. We will process your cancellation promptly to avoid further charges.

Event Registrations and Ticket Purchases

1. Cancellation Policy

For events or programs organized by Kalyanam Samiti, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date to qualify for a refund. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated due to logistical commitments and costs incurred.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with your registration details. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Merchandise Purchases

1. Return and Exchange Policy

If you purchase merchandise through Kalyanam Samiti, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and include all tags.

• Note: Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

2. Refund and Exchange Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise:

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

• For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped within 5 business days, subject to availability.
